Planes, Trains and Automobiles

This Thanksgiving I went on a plane, an airport train, and an automobile.   The airport was fun.  They had toy planes for me to climb on and I slept most of the flight.

When I got to Fl, I decided it was time to stand.  I stood all by myself (with not help).

We went for a walk behind Nana Dot's house and mom and dad saw a real live gator (only 2 feet away). This is a picture they took, no joke.  I slept through the whole thing.

Next we had a shower for Auntie Amanda.  She got lots of presents and I got to sit next to Nana Dot.  So we were both happy!

Money doesn't grow on trees....

It grows in mommy's purse.  Myron had fun exploring the inside of my purse.  He preferred the cash over credit... hummm maybe a future banker.

Weekend with Mommy

Daddy went to a wind farm last week and I stayed home with mommy. I was really cranky the night daddy left, mommy thought I missed him.  But then the next morning I had tooth number two, right here.

Mommy and I had lots of fun together, we sang Old McDonald and...

I helped mom clean everything. I wiped off my chair, mommy, the floor, mommy's face, my toys, and sometimes even my own face.

I also started doing 'high five' and will now give things to mommy when she asks for them (but only if I don't really want them).

And then Daddy came home!  Funny Daddy.

Spoons are overrated

Myron has decided that spoons are overrated he much prefers to use his hands.  Myron's 'finger foods' now include cereal (see below), split pea soup, cottage cheese, spaghetti, peas, raspberries (a favorite), and really just about anything.

Locomotion

I really have this locomotion thing mastered.  I can get from the couch to the coffee table to the floor to mommy faster than she can turn on the camera.

A roaring astronaut...

In the bath last night Myron was a roaring....

Astronaut.  "Houston, can you hear me?"

Cloth Diaper Bottom

Okay, so finding pants to fit over his cloth diaper bottom has been a challenge.  We resigned to buying him 3T shorts, which fit him like pants.  We found a solution!  Baby legs are little leggings for babies.  They stay on and look really cute (and they don't nee to go over his cloth diaper and don't need to come off for a diaper change).  Why did it take us 9 months to try them?
