Dada and Mama got me this mini-van. It is great, it's like a car with a playground in it. I can climb over seats, hide in the back, drive, and get in and out all by myself. Thanks Dada and Mama! (Although I don't know why they call it a mini-van - it's huge!)
I am getting better at this spoon thing. Now I only make a little 'goatee' with my tomato soup. (Instead of a beard and soup tray - See Yogurt & Tomato Soup, January 26th, 2009.)
Meghyn (my new friend) spent the day with me and we did finger painting! It was so much fun!
The only think better than paint on paper... is paint on your fingers :)
What do you mean boys don't wear purses and orange shoes. I beg to differ.

Myron: (Pointing to mommy's shirt) "Mama shirrrr"

Mommy: That's right, mama's shirt and Myron's shirt
This is one of Myron's favorites now "Mama _______ and Mymo ______" (insert anything shirt, pants, milk, spoon, shoes, brush, hair, or cereal). He is really having fun with this concept.
Every night people walk and run by, all sorts of dogs walk by, oh and people on bikes and in cars go by too. And each time I wave and say "Hi pepoh" (hi people) and "bye bye pepoh" as they go. I am becoming quite the neighborhood greeter!
Myron: "Happy mama"
Mama: "Why are you so happy Myron?"
Myron: "Bepah" (as he dances around in his new found joy - caring around a heavy backpack)
Funny thing he only likes wearing it when it's too heavy. I think he likes being off-balance or just saying 'evey' (heavy).
A wise woman (Auntie Amanda) once told me, don't give Myron the whole container of raisins but watching him take each and every raisin out one by one to 'put' them in the bowl was too fun (and a great distracter while I cooked dinner).
"ah no mama, ah no" - as he noticed the raisins are all gone.
We spend Labor Day weekend in WY, land of big sky, antelope and Ria!
I had so much fun playing with Ria! We play rocking lamb (or in this case rocking monkey lamb) and
and shared so many kisses!
Ria's mommy is going to have a baby! So exciting! Mama was hoping Ria's sibling would come while we were visiting but alas he (or she) is still baking.
While I played with Ria, daddy played too but he played with big boy toys. CJ (Ria's daddy) has all kinds of big boy toys. Before we left he even let me play with the big boy guitar!
We went on a picnic to Devil's Tower. We saw lots of different bugs in the grass - cool!
We hiked all the way around Devil's Tower, okay dada and mama hiked. I was along for the ride.

Two word chains are now a common part of Myron's vocabulary and two of his favorites are
"Mama shoes" and "Dada shoes".
I have made some new friends, Landon (3) and Parker (1 1/2). They come over to play 5 days a week and I am lovin it! (Oh, and they bring their mommy to - Tammi or as I call her "ammi")
It's been a bad week for falls.
Tuesday - Fell in dinning room - Fat lip #1
Wednesday - Fell and hurt by arm. Couldn't use right arm for 3 days and it's still healing.
Thursday - no fall, but really didn't do anything that day, spent the day with arm immobilized.
Friday - Fell at park - Fat lip #2
Saturday - Fell in kitchen - bit tongue open.
Sunday - Hit my bottom teeth on mommy's head, pushed my two bottom teeth back.
Monday - Nothing! Yeah!
Tuesday - Fell on sidewalk, hit head hard.
Let's hope I don't have another week like this, not sure my head can take it.
Fat Lip #1 & 2 (yes, that is blood on my shirt). Ouch!
But not to worry, I still found time to play at the local nude car wash :)
