Little Mud

I like Dada’s nickname (Mud).  I like it so much I think I’ll slather myself in it! Myron in Mud(‘Helping’ Dada fix the sprinkler).

Cucumber

Our cucumber garden made the biggest cucumber ever!

We love this time of year in CA, yesterday I has blueberries (that I picked from the bush in the foothills), green beans from a neighbors garden, cucumber slices from our garden, and several plums from the tree in our backyard.  It just doesn’t get any fresher.

Fossil Digging

My fossil digging days continue.  We found this digging kit at a toy store and it is perfect (entertained him for several days).

After three days of digging, we found all the pieces to a Stegosaurus!

Plum Season

We started picking plums from our neighbors plum tree (Thanks Diane!)… I had a great time picking, washing, and packing them.  I decided to put them all in the cooler.

And then I packed myself in the cooler too!

Fatherly Bliss

We spend Father’s Day 2012 at D.L. Bliss State Park. The water was COLD! Burrr…

My favorite ‘toy’ on this trip was a lantern.  It was a spaceship, a microscope (pictured below), a camera, and sometimes a lantern.DSC_0754

I loved sleeping in the tent and by sleeping bag.

The world from Myron’s perspective…

On our last trip we gave Myron the camera and let him photograph anything he wanted… the resulting pictures are below.

I now know Myron’s world includes a lot of ‘knee shots’.
