Holiday Preparations

Before Dada left, we got ready for the holiday season with a tree! 

First we found just the right tree.

Then posed for a family photo.

Loaded it in the van (and hauled it across the treacherous parking lot terrain).

Then we got use tools!

And our very special tree stand.

Then I hauled it in the house and got to use my most favorite tool - scissors!

From AZ to SD

Mama and I spent the weekend in Phoenix with Grandpa Schwichtenberg but silly mama forgot to charge the camera battery, so we have no pictures to show for our adventure.  I saw tons of cool cars, got to drive Grandpa's blue car, play basketball, play with Shayla, Chevy, Colton and Deb.  While we were in AZ, Dada was in SD working on a wind turbine.

That's a long way up Dada.

And they have snow too!  Lucky Dada.
